I have lived here for almost 2 years and love loving here. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and answer any questions you may have. There are so many assorted activities - something for everyone. My apartment is the perfect size and equipped with all the necessary appliances. The building and grounds are kept clean and tidy. I feel very safe here and it is blissfully quiet. The location is perfect. Close to shops, restaurants and the hospital. This is by far the best move I have ever made. I feel this is my forever home! .

We have such a beautiful kitchen and dining area. Would be great if Everleigh offered nightly dinner by optional subscription for residents.

Overall, everything is really nice... Quite, well taken care of, great gardeners and maintenance staff, great staff and activities. You can't be bored here unless you choose to be. I do think that all of the units should have safety bars in the showers and bathrooms.

Very pleased with the Service & Maintenance. Office Team is always helpful. Suggestion... Exterior lighting should be kept on until daylight.

I have been living here five months. I find you offer many social events and the area is perfect. I find no parking for guests which is unheard of. I have friends with handicap parking and the one spot you have, a resident parks there. The mail room set up has such protection but there is a lack of communication with deliveries and getting in the apartment building after hours. One last thing. The signage is really bad. You don’t even have a nice sign when people pull in off Portola. And it is very hard to see the pull in into Avenida coming north o. Portola. It’s very dangerous especially at night. But for living in an apartment I really like my apartment and the floor plane. I hope to live here a long time and see some safety and more improvements. Thank you.

Beautiful place, beautiful staff, and beautiful residents. It is a quiet and peaceful community. We are very happy here. It was a very good decision electing to make Avenida our new home.

I was very lucky to move here. I sold my condo and had a nice place to go. Lots to do here and the residents are lovely. The location is Tetris and I still get to see the moon rise and set.

A very easy place to live. Every thing/place on property is easy to access. Fun weekly activities and classes offered. The pool and community garden are wonderful. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rent is reasonable.

Living here is wonderful. Residents are friendly and welcoming. There is an abundance of activities and avenues for staying engaged socially. The staff is always helpful and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this living experience for those who live an active lifestyle.

Frustrated! Sometimes poor choices are made, the the movies for Halloween. Magan is the only one that can be scary and the others are not good.

Maintenance has been very prompt in responding and completing requested task. However I noticed the hallway window outside my apartment has never been cleaned and you can hardly see out of it. I would also suggest maybe a full breakfast (bacon,eggs,etc) perhaps once a month on Saturday. yummy.

I have been a resident since May 15th 2021 Three & a Half years ! Im a founding member of Aveneda Sighed for two years more I enjoy all the amenities Tai Chi line dancing and Tuesdays happy hour every Tuesday with food and drinks and cakes

I walked into the Avenida 1 hour early for my appointment- Nancy immediately made herself available. The tour, the people and the staff were an absolute joy. I knew I was home. During the tour, I knew what and where I wanted my apt- it was available and the rest was history. Can’t wait to get my keys in a few weeks

Love Avienda and their staff. My apartment is very comfy and well insulated. Avienda offers a lot of activities. You can stay as busy as you like. Residents are a blessing, we all support one another. Sincerely recommend!

I moved in at the end of May 2023 and recently renewed my lease for another 2 years. I am very happy to call Avenida my home. The staff do an amazing job to make sure the residents are happy and offer an array of activities something for everyone I especially love line dancing, trivia, meditation , assorted movies, shuffleboard, happy hour and a variety of outside entertainment monthly also a great assortment of movies in the beautiful movie theatre. The gardens are well maintained and the property itself is clean and tidy. My apartment has everything I could possibly need and is a perfect size. My unit overlooks a beautiful junior Olympic sized swimming pool with stunning Mountain Views. The location is perfect. Assorted shops and El Paseo are close by . Also Eisenhower hospital is just a short drive away. I can honestly say I love living at Avenida. Great residents and kind caring staff who go over and above to make sure you are happy. I would highly recommend living here.

It’s has been over a week now and really enjoying what Avenida has to offer. Can’t wait until I am all settled. The. I will be now to enjoy all that is offered. I enjoy my view as facing south for me is perfect for my moon photography. 🌕

Landscaping and ground maintenance is very good. Interiors also nicely maintained. Some paint on the exterior...i.e .exit stairwell door #4 overhang. Also, stairwells could be vacuumed more frequently. Another reminder to pet owners to pick-up their dog poop is suggested.

I only recently moved in, but it's been a positive experience so far. I love the location, and I got the apartment I wanted. The amenities are great and although I haven't had time to make use of all of them, I plan on being a regular in the fitness room and the pool. The staff has been pleasant, responsive, and available.

I have live here since 10/21. I love and enjoy everything Avenida Palm Desert has to offer. All of the activities, fitness availability, and the residents make my home experience magical. Love the vibe that is Avenida!

We have been living at Avenida Palm Desert for approximately six months. There are many activities for the community. We participate in most of the fitness programs and especially enjoy the pool and hot tub. The Tuesday happy hour should not be missed.

All so helpful and professional and genuinely care about the residents and go above and beyond to help in any way they can. It is blissfully quiet all the time–except for happy hour–whIch is so much fun!! The location is perfect–shops, restaurants, and the hospital are close by.

Avenida Palm Desert is a great place to live for active, independent adults. There are many activities to participate in and enjoy socialize with other tenants. You can choose group exercise classes, yoga, arts and crafts, movies, social events, playing games with friends, book club, garden club, the list goes on. The apartment sizes are ample with many amenities. And, last but certainly not least, the staff here is wonderful and always helpful.
